Return period
For online purchases, customers may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with consumer rights applicable in Ireland and the European Union.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for returns and exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In its original condition
With original tags and packaging, when applicable
Free from signs of wear, stains, odours or damage caused after delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
For returns due to change of mind, size change or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Under EU consumer guidance, customers can be responsible for return postage during the 14-day cooling-off period, provided this is clearly informed before purchase.
If the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos so we can evaluate the case and provide support.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or model is not available, we may offer an alternative product or a refund, depending on the case.
