The final shipping cost may vary depending on your delivery address, shipping method and order value.
From time to time, Offside may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping conditions. These offers may be subject to specific rules, minimum order values or limited-time availability.
4. Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or provided after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier and external factors.

5. Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
If you do not receive tracking information, please check your inbox, spam or promotions folder.
6. Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

Offside is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Offside is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier when the delivery address provided by the customer was correct. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the situation.

For deliveries outside Ireland, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Offside is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or unpaid import charges.
